Conchiglie durum eko

Alce Nero durum wheat conchiglie is made using exclusively organic durum wheat grown in Italy.
The varieties planted, which include Senatore Cappelli, Simeto, and Quadrato durum wheat, together with the meticulous production process and the dough, which utilises spring water sourced from the Dolomites, create a pasta with unmistakeable flavour.
Alce Nero conchiglie pasta will be the perfect vehicle for any sauce thanks to its concave shape.
